Gravelway connects you directly with advertisers. Take time to verify the person, property and full rental terms before committing money.
Gravelway does not collect rental payments
Anyone asking you to pay through a supposed Gravelway payment link, wallet or booking system is not using a feature provided by this website.
Before visiting or paying
- Compare the stated monthly rent, Advance, agent fee and every mandatory charge.
- Speak with the advertiser and ask whether they are the landlord or an authorised agent.
- Visit the property in person, preferably with someone you trust. Do not rely only on photos or video.
- Confirm the exact room or unit, facilities, utilities, condition and move-in date.
- Ask for written tenancy terms and a receipt that identifies the person receiving money.
- Do not share passwords, sign-in links, one-time codes, card PINs or unnecessary identity documents.
Warning signs
- Pressure to pay immediately before you can inspect the property.
- A price that is unusually low with no reasonable explanation.
- Refusal to show the property, prove authority or provide written terms.
- Payment requested to a different name without a clear, verifiable reason.
- Requests to continue through unfamiliar payment links or to keep the transaction secret.
If something looks wrong
Do not send money. Keep relevant messages and payment records. Use the report options on the property page to alert Gravelway, and contact the appropriate Ghanaian authorities or your payment provider when fraud or loss may have occurred. A report does not automatically remove a listing.
