Using Gravelway

Terms of use

These terms apply when you browse, save or publish a listing on Gravelway. They were last updated on 23 October 2026.

What the service does

Gravelway helps renters discover properties and contact landlords or agents by phone or WhatsApp. It does not own, inspect, book or manage the properties, collect rent, hold deposits, guarantee availability or act as a party to a tenancy agreement.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, current information and publish only property you are authorised to advertise.
  • State the monthly rent or nightly rate, Advance, fees and mandatory charges honestly.
  • Keep listings available only while the property can genuinely be rented.
  • Use real contact information and do not impersonate another person or organisation.
  • Do not post unlawful, discriminatory, fraudulent, abusive or misleading content.

Accounts and listings

You are responsible for protecting your password and activity on your account. Listings may be published automatically without prior manual review. Gravelway may hide or remove content, restrict an account, or preserve relevant records when needed to investigate fraud, abuse, rights violations or service security.

Verification

A verification badge, when offered, confirms only the check described by Gravelway. It is not a guarantee that a person owns a property, that a listing is accurate, or that a transaction is safe. Verification is not yet available for all accounts.

Renters and transactions

Renters must independently inspect the property, confirm the advertiser's identity and authority, review written terms and understand every charge before paying or signing. Use the rental safety guidance and obtain professional advice when needed.

Service availability

The service may change, pause or stop, particularly during the early pilot. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gravelway is not responsible for agreements between users, property condition, off-platform messages or payments, or losses caused by inaccurate user content. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending use

You may stop using the service or permanently delete your account. Gravelway may restrict access for material or repeated violations. Questions about these terms can be raised through the support page.
